These terms govern your use of this website and any plumbing services provided by MasterP Plumbers & Projects ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
- Prices shown on this website are guide ("from") estimates only and are not binding offers.
- A final price is confirmed with you before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Additional work discovered on site (for example hidden damage) will be quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Bookings and emergency call-outs
We offer 24/7 emergency call-outs subject to availability and scheduling. We will give you an estimated arrival time when you book; times may vary with travel and workload.
Workmanship and compliance
- We are PIRB and IOPSA registered and carry out work to applicable SANS standards.
- Where required, we issue a Plumbing Certificate of Compliance (COC).
- Workmanship is guaranteed against defects in our work for a reasonable period; the guarantee excludes misuse, normal wear, and faults outside the work we performed.
Payment
We accept cash, card and EFT. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden defects outside the agreed scope, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
